This property is the largest home of the three homes that make up the Bayfront Retreat. It is located as the main home when you drive down the long driveway. With its prime location, stunning views, and modern amenities, this newly renovated property is the perfect choice for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway. Four-legged companions are also warmly embraced and catered to with complimentary dog water and food bowls, as well as a dog bed.

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the tastefully designed interior. The house features three bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. The bedrooms are spacious and adorned with cozy beds, offering a peaceful haven for relaxation after a day of exploring the area.

*Recommend no more than a 22’ boat (max draft of 26”). Bay Boats, Center Consoles, World Cats, and Twin V’s all work in the bay. Important to note that it can get very shallow at low tide (2’ or less). Water usually averages around 3-4’ deep with sandy bottom.
Will have cleats to tie up, boaters will need to bring their own bumpers.
