The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, three bar stools at the breakfast bar, a dining room table that seats six, a spacious living room with a large leather sectional and 40" flat screen Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42" flat screen TV, sliding glass door leading to the balcony, large walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The guest room has queen-bed and a twin-sized bunk bed with twin trundle bed, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The condo also has a full washer and dryer.

Grab your swimsuit and enjoy the luxuries of on-site boat slips, 2 outdoor pools, a sandy nook right by the boat dock perfect for babies and beach toys, and private beach access. Bring the kayaks and paddle boards for an easy drop-in for all day fun on Old River, or bring your fishing poles, fish all day, and take advantage of the fish cleaning station.

Wind Drift uniquely offers first come, first serve boat slips, located across the street on Old River. You can even store your boat/jet ski trailer there, or drop a line from the fishing docks. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one Gulf front and one Bayfront.)

These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
